- WHY "ODDROLL" -
Good thing I have learned from participating in traditional Viet meals for 29 years straight: food brings people together. When I created OddRoll, I want it to carry on that spirit of sharing: sharing healthier food.
For those who are used to traditional Viet spring rolls, our rolls could turn out quite "odd". On the other hand, OddRoll takes no limit, it takes pride in crafting rolls around seasonal, local products, adding global tastes to make our rolls most in alignment with the intentions of the social events.
So, am I a vegan or at least a vegetarian? I am not a big fan of labels. I think they are polarizing and create division. Although I do not want to limit myself to anything, I do realize how important it is to eat a whole food plant-based diet, free of animal products, and for the foreseeable future, the recipes for each OddRoll item will reflect that preference.
